According to the Minister of Health Ekaterine Tikaradze, another field hospital has been launched in Tbilisi on Kavtaradze Street. As the Minister told reporters, the field hospital will be able to receive about 200 patients.
"A field hospital infrastructure in the capital has been arranged on Kavtaradze Street. We opened a brand new facility with 200 beds, where we started receiving patients yesterday. Approximately 200 patients can be admitted who will be provided with oxygen. We are now discussing whether the hospital sector in the Kakheti region will be able to handle the workload expected from the epidemiological survey. If necessary, we will consider arranging a temporary delay space in Kakheti, where our citizens will receive the necessary medical assistance," said Ekaterine Tikaradze.
