The Prime Minister of Georgia Irakli Gharibashvili, together with the Chairman of the Government of the Autonomous Republic of Adjara Tornike Rizhvadze, attended the ground-breaking ceremony of "Alliance Centropolis" complex in Batumi.
Alliance Group project Alliance Centropolis is a unique regional hub that unites global brands. The project also includes the five-star Hyatt Centric Hotel.
The Alliance Group project will include a 10,000 sq.m. recreation area, 3-level underground parking for 1,000 cars. Top-class restaurants and food facilities with international cuisine, an entertainment center, bowling club, cinema, spa, and wellness area, as well as a fitness center.
Alliance Centropolis will also have the first high-class shopping mall, business center, exhibition center and investment apartments in Adjara.
Alliance Centropolis is the fifth large-scale project of the Alliance Group. The company started construction works last year and it is noteworthy that amid the pandemic, world-class brand Hyatt Centric was brought in the country.
The investment cost of "Alliance Centropolis" is 380 million USD, which will create up to 2,000 jobs during the construction process, and after the project is put into operation, the company will employ up to 3,000 locals.
