The Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia has given a new order to the Paris office of the international law firm White & Case. Under a contract dated October 29, 2019, lawyers should consider proposals submitted by the state's Anaklia Development Consortium and international financial organizations.
In addition, White & Case is required to prepare a draft amendment to the investment agreement with the government and prepare its own legal assessment of the letters sent to the organization by the government.
Under the terms of the contract, the service must be provided by White & Case before December 20, 2019.
