How Much Did Construction Cost Index (CCI) Increase in 3Q21?

The Construction Cost Index (CCI) increased by 1.8% in 3Q2021, compared to the previous quarter. The change was mainly due to a 2.7% increase in the prices for construction materials, which contributed 1.59 percentage points to the total index change, - show the preliminary data from Geostat.
According to the report, compared to the third quarter of 2020 the CCI increased by 14.1%. The latter was largely caused by the 19.6% increase in the prices for construction materials, which contributed 11.07 percentage points to the annual index change.
