Mexican food facility "Espanola" has been operating on the market for a year, however, Mariam Gogochuri, founder of the brand told BMG that it took time to establish on the market.
"Espanola" is the first Basque and Mexican cuisine, the idea of its creation was to establish a new and interesting concept food facility, a year ago the new cuisine was a bit incomprehensible to the guests, Mexican and Basque cuisine was not popular here, so it took us time to establish on the market" Gogochuri explained.
In addition, the manager talks about the current attitude and notes that the customer is always satisfied.
"The customer is pleasantly surprised at the first visit. Despite the fact that we brought our recipes from Madrid, in the end we adapted them to Georgian taste and created a perfect product," she added.
Speaking about future plans, Mariam Gogochuri notes that there are many plans. "We are always trying to develop and offer novelties to customers, at this stage we do not have a branch, but very soon we will return to customers with good news," she says.
