Lado Turkia, Commercial Director of 'Xmshen Development,' says that the construction company will deliver apartments to the victims within a maximum of 42 months after receiving the permit.
"We are waiting for a construction permit from the Architecture Service, and we will start construction. About 800 victims are waiting for an apartment, and we will hand over the houses to them in 40-42 months after receiving the construction permit," Turkia said in an interview with "Business Course."
For information, three more incomplete projects by 'Center Point' will be completed. Bm.ge has found out that an investor has been found. It has already been decided that the construction company 'Xmshen Development' will complete the construction started and stopped by 'Center Point' on Petre Iberi, Bokhua, and Khosharauli streets in the next 2.5-3 years.
The final decision on the issue was made by the Tbilisi City Council at a session held a few days ago. Levan Zhorzholiani, Chairman of the Legal Affairs and Human Rights Protection Commission, told BM.GE that up to 800 affected families will be satisfied with the completion of the construction.
