The multifunctional complex "Rustavi Mall and Aparthotel" with an investment of USD 15 million will be opened by the spring of 2024 in Rustavi. Guga Tsanava, co-founder of the investor company "New Mall" told BMGTV.
According to him, the opening of "Rustavi Mall" was planned for 2023. The multifunctional complex will combine both an aparthotel and a shopping center.
Guga Tsanava declares that Rustavi Mall will be different from the malls of the region and after its opening, a bowling center and a Cavea cinema will be put into operation there.
"Rustavi shopping mall will be smaller compared to Tbilisi malls. The construction is completed and renovation works are underway. Negotiations are also underway with brands and an agreement has already been reached with 70%. We have agreed with Cavea... there will also be bowling... we will bring such details that will be novelties for Rustavi population", said Guga Tsanava.
