A 5-star hotel Paragraph Abastumani under the Marriott International with the Autograph Collection brand will be opened in 2023, - according to the Georgian Tourism Development Fund.
The Fund declares, that as of January 2022, the total investment value of the project is USD 69 million, which means that the cost of the project has increased by $ 9 million from USD 60 million.
The mentioned project is intended for the same segment as the well-known hotel "Paragraph Shekvetili". We will talk about the details before the opening of the hotel and will provide information to all interested parties, "- said the Fund.
According to the information available so far, the 150-room hotel "Paragraph Abastumani" will have a spa, swimming pool, restaurant, conference hall, terrace with a 360-degree view. The hotel, surrounded by the forests, will be located on the land area of 20,000 sq.m. The architecture of the building consists of a facade with an alpine character, which blends well with the existing landscape. The textiles will be mainly made of glass, wood and stone.
