Giorgi Kekelidze, owner of "Art-Cafe Home" demands to lift the restriction on working hours for restaurants and cafe-bars.
As he notes, since a similar restriction was imposed, revenues of Art-Café Home halved.
“When the gov’t enacted restrictions to close the food facility at 22:00, it was a disaster for us. We hardly survived. We still have problems despite the working hours are extended to 23:00. This is a big problem for bars.
When we make an event, we sell the tickets for GEL 10 and with this amount we still reimburse the minimum expenditures for the event. On the other hand, revenues, as well as – staff are extremely reduced. So, the situation is very bad. It is important for us to remove the limit on working hours," said Giorgi Kekelidze.
