Changes take place in the management of company Geoplant, which produces different types of tea under the brand of Gurieli.

As the company's new executive director Levan Gogava explained, some of the shareholders gave up their shares, at the expense of which the shares of other shareholders increased.

"The company started reorganizing a few months ago. With the changes in stakeholders' shares, we have developed a new business management strategy to strengthen the "Gurieli" brand in the local and international market," says Levan Gogava.

According to him, today the company manages tea plantations and an enterprise on the land area of ​​100 ha in Ozurgeti. In addition, Gurieli receives tea from local farmers.

"With renewed strength and new approaches, we are preparing for the tea picking season. We will make additional investments for producing the tea," Levan Gogava said.

According to the public register, today the list of Geoplant includes Dutch citizen Bob Meyer (with a 29.2% share), Mamuka Khazaradze (with a 28.35% share managed by Nika Khazaradze), Badri Japaridze (28.35% share managed by Tamar Japaridze) and the company itself "Geoplantia" LLC (with a 14.1% share).

According to the public register, the former shareholder of the company, Mikheil Melua, was recorded in the list of partners in previous November, while Davit Dumbadze in July of this year.
