Inn Group plans to launch another hotel "Akhaltsikhe Inn" by May 2023 within the framework of hotel business development.
The head of the company, Erekle Kokaia, says that Inn Group will invest over GEL 13 - 15 million in the project and create 70 to 100 jobs in total. The 115-room hotel project includes conference spaces, a restaurant, a spa center and children's entertainment rooms.
"Akhaltsikhe region is characterized by seasonal tourism. We will try to operate Akhaltsikhe Inn in all seasons and attract guests with a conference offer. The hotel will be mainly aimed at foreign tourists. Families will also be able to spend time with us. We have a very good experience in terms of family vacations with the example of Bakuriani, so we want to create a relatively low-budget hotel for the same segment," Kokaia says, adding that the part of the building purchased by the company is currently being dismantled and the walls are being reinforced.
