Statista released data relaying on Eurostat, showing that EU Member States imported €69 billion worth of clothing from outside the EU in 2020.
China was the largest non-EU source country, accounting for €21 billion of clothing imports or 30 % of the total. It was followed by Bangladesh with €12 billion (18%) and Turkey's €8 billion (12%).
