The 218-room hotel opened in January with an investment of 20 million Euro was initially managed by the Bahraini company Gulf Hotel Group. Along with the change of management, the name of the hotel has also changed and now it operates under the Gino Seaside Tbilisi By Wyndham Collection brand.

The founder of "Gino Holding" says that the guests of the hotel come mainly from Arab countries, although they have guests from Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan and Armenia.
"The Georgian market is very important for the hotel, although we also have a lot of tourists. This year, tourists from Arab countries, Kazakhs and Uzbeks from Central Asian countries are especially prevalent, there is also little activity from the Azerbaijan and Armenian markets. The arrival of Russian tourists is also becoming more active," said the manager of "Gino Holding".
The portfolio of "Gino Holding" in Georgia includes Gino Paradise water park, Gino Wellness Mtskheta, Gino Wellness Rabati and Gino Seaside Tbilisi By Wyndham Collection hotels. The holding plans to implement several projects in Georgia in the direction of both tourism and energy.
